The theme of this mural painting is the story of "Gajendra Moksham" narrated in the Astamakanta of Sri Mahabhagavatham .This picture covers an area of 154 Sq.Feet,the biggest single panel mural painting so far found out.The picture was drawn on the wall of Thevarappura of this palace in such a manner as to worship Lord Vishnu,after taking bath from the nearby pond
